What a refreshingly different experience from other auto shops I have dealt with in the past. I had Josh Hawkins Automotive send my jeep over to Brad after they did some engine repairs for me. (They are also a breath of fresh air.) Brad was very personable and appears to be a very honest individual. He explained why he wouldnβt replace the transmission just yet and would simply recommend servicing it at this time. Many shops would have only seen $$$. These guys are different. They really look out for the customer. I expect that will keep them in business for many years to come. Five stars in my book!!

Brad and Sara were so helpful with my daughterβs transmission. They had to spend alot of time trying to find βhard to getβ parts. It took a little while but they were honest and so fair with their pricing that included a good warranty. Brad even drove it down the road when we picked it up and spent alot of time explaining what all they did. He said do not hesitate to call if we had any problems in the future. The dealer recommended getting a new car and did not advise repairing it. Brad saved my daughter alot of money.

I had my transmission rebuilt by Bradβs Transmission in Whitehouse and wanted to leave a review about my experience. Like with any mechanical repair, sometimes things donβt go perfectly the first time. After the rebuild there was an issue during testing and they discovered the torque converter had failed. What impressed me was how they handled it. They stood behind their work, pulled the transmission back out, replaced the converter, and made it right without giving me the runaround. Brad also took the time to explain what they were seeing with line pressure and how engine inputs like the MAF sensor can affect transmission behavior. In the end, the truck is back on the road and running great. Mechanical work can sometimes have unexpected hiccups, but a shop that stands behind their work is what really matters. I appreciate them taking care of the issue and making sure everything was right before giving the truck back

Brad did a great job with the rebuild of my transmission and torque converter even though my 8 speed gave them some headaches they managed to get it figured out and got me squared away! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff

My brother recommended Brad's transmission to me after Brad's excellent work on his Z-71! I can say Brad is personable and a man of his word. I brought my Cummins 6.7 in with a failed throw-out bearing, and I left with a new setup geared explicitly to the heavy hauling lifestyle I live. Brad, thanks to you and your team for the quick turnaround and fantastic service. I look forward to seeing what you do with my 1966 F100.
